How to get a token

  1. Go to github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens/new
  2. Resource owner: your username
  3. Repository access: Only select repositories → pick compound-brain
  4. Permissions → Repository permissions → Contents: Read and write
  5. Expiration: max allowed (90d or custom 1y)
  6. Generate, copy the github_pat_... token, paste above
  7. Tap Test, then do a workout and tap Push

Other devices: open the app, paste the same token, tap Pull. Done.
